WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE  WORKSHOPS 

The group workshops are online motivational type sessions.  5 out of the 6 workshops are live and hosted on zoom. The workshops typically take place every second Wednesday or Thursday at 6pm South African time.  This allows for you to actively participate and ask questions.  All sessions are recorded and can be made available, if you miss a session. You will receive confirmation of the dates and times of your workshops, shortly after signing up.   Workshop 1 is the free webinar you can either watch live or a recording thereof.  You are expected to watch the recording of workshop 1 anytime before the start of the challenge.    

  • WORKSHOP 1: THE 10 SECRETS TO THE ART OF UNDIETING

    Workshop 1 is the core of the Art of Undieting program.  In this workshop we'll be exploring the 10 secrets to the Art of Undieting.  You can find the recording of workshop 1 in your members-only website.  Please ensure that you watch this session before the start of the challenge.

  • WORKSHOP 2: PRE-CHALLENGE 

    Workshop 2 takes place on the Friday before the start of the challenge.  This is your first live workshop.  In this workshop we'll cover the do's and don't of the challenge, the eating plan, your commitment to physical activity and what you need to do to before you start the challenge.  We'll also guide you through the members-only website and answer any questions you may have.  

  • WORKSHOP 3: FINDING BALANCE AND YOUR WHY

    This workshop is all about the non-food aspects of your life that is preventing you from reaching your health goals.  You will learn about the importance of paying attention to those things that cause stress in your life.  You will also be guided through an activity to find the real reason why you want change.  

  • WORKSHOP 4: REINTRODUCTIONS

    No one can be expected to eat 100% clean 100% of the time.  In this session you'll learn to find balance by reintroducing certain foods back into your diet without losing momentum or undermine any of the progress you've made.

  • WORKSHOP 5: EMOTIONAL EATING

    So many people struggle with emotional eating.  In this session you'll learn why you turn to food when you're not hungry and we'll explore 5 strategies you can use to manage your emotional eating habits.

  • WORKSHOP 6: LIFE AFTER THE CHALLENGE

    The last workshop is perhaps the most important workshop of the program.  Most eating plans fail because many people return back to their old ways once they've completed a program.  In this session we'll talk about life after the challenge and what you can do to maintain momentum to ensure that the changes you've made are lasting, sustainable and a new way of living.
