The Healthy Holiday Cook Book

We are blessed with beautiful warm weather in the southern hemisphere and there is no need to follow holiday food trends originating from the States and Europe.  Out with the oven roasts, baked puddings and eggnog and in with braai's, salads, fruit lollies and the occasional chocolate delight.
