You will eat delicious, unprocessed, real, whole foods that include vegetables, protein, healthy fats and some fruit. All recipes are quick and easy and made with affordable, every day ingredients.
No, the program does not include a specific training program but you are expected to commit to some form of physical activity 3 - 5 times per week. You are encouraged to find and commit to a physical activity that you enjoy. Whether it's running, hiking, yoga, dancing, swimming, biking, walking etc. The sky is the limit. The only requirement is that it's something you enjoy.
If you stick to basics it is not expensive at all. You will be eating a variety of vegetables, a small portion of protein and healthy fats. Vegetables are 100x more affordable than processed and junk food.
