I am very unfit. Will I be able to keep up with the workouts?
All the workouts have modifications and are adapted for all levels. The good news is that each workout is short enough for you to really focus on your form, and make the most of the time you set aside to exercise at a level that suits you.
How much time do I need to do the workouts?
The workouts are between 5 and 7 minutes long. You may repeat the workout a few times for a longer session.
What equipment do I need?
You will need:
- An exercise mat
- A bench or step that you can stand on (ie. it can hold your bodyweight)
- Skipping rope
- Optional Dumbbells (we suggest between 3-5kg)
- An Optional resistance band
I am injured. Will I be able to do the workouts?

Will 5 - 7 mins really make a difference in my fitness and weight?
Yes, research shows that high intensity short bouts of exercise have the same or more benefits for your health as longer or no exercise, including a decrease in body mass index and it helps with appetite control among many other positive advantages*.
The great news is that you can make each 5 - 7 minutes workout more intense by repeating it three or more times in a row or even repeating it at various intervals throughout the day.

I am going away for the holidays. Will I be able to do the Fitness Advent Calendar?
Everything is online so you can access it any time from anywhere. You only need 5 - 7 minutes a day and will have enough time to fit it in and spend time with the family. If you do miss a workout for whatever reason, it is easy to catch up or do a double workout the next day.
